Poet has first works published in Poetry Magazine

The most recent Poetry Magazine (October 2007, vol. 191, no. 1), published two works by Shail D. Patel. Patel lives in northern Indiana and the two poems are his first published works. Even staid, established publications like Poetry Magazine are publishing first time poets.

In other words, submit, submit, submit.
